Tim Ballering has been a residential real estate investor in Milwaukee, WI since 1977.  He is the managing member of Affordable Rental Associates, LLC Milwaukee WI.   Tim has been on the board of directors of the APrtment Association of Southeastern WI all but two years from 1989 to present. He also invests in commercial real estate in Hollywood, FL.
